Role Objectives
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's management systems, maintaining accurate data and document storage, and providing operational support for the digitalization of business processes, in line with the organization's innovation and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the routine maintenance of management systems (ERP, CRM, WMS), in collaboration with external vendors.
- Administer user accounts, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Ensure the organized, secure, and compliant archiving of company documents (file systems, cloud storage, portals).
- Support the digitalization of internal processes by contributing to the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms.
- Provide first-level support to internal users for issues related to information systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and prepare management and operational reports (using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Monitor KPIs related to digital processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of adopted solutions.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience, even brief (1–3 years), in IT, information systems, or enterprise application management.
- Basic knowledge of major ERP/management systems and business process flows.
- Strong command of Excel and reporting/analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- General knowledge of digital archiving, backup procedures, and data security.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with external suppliers and consultants.
